Ruta de los Tres Santos Reyes

Site Location: Juana Díaz, PR

About the project:

In Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico, the Plaza Román Baldorioty de Castro is undergoing significant renovations aimed at enhancing its status as a vibrant public space in the urban center. This project includes the demolition and reconstruction of the arch for the monument of Los Tres Santos Reyes, an expansion of gardens, and upgrades to electrical and plumbing systems. Additionally, the fountain is being remodeled, and new monument areas will be created for notable figures such as Luis Llorens and Ramón Baldorioty. Alongside these improvements, the Route of Los Tres Santos Reyes is also being revitalized, featuring repairs to sidewalks, installation of cobblestones at intersections, and the creation of seating areas and informational modules. This initiative aims to make the route memorable for the iconic Reyes festival, which traditionally runs from the Museum of Los Tres Santos Reyes to the Plaza, enriching the cultural experience of Juana Díaz.
